Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling of lessons are handled.

Rescheduling

Let me know as early as possible if you need to move a session so we can find a new time.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms for private lessons are confirmed at the time of booking.

Missed sessions

Please give reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to another student. Sessions missed without notice may not be made up.

Teacher cancellations

If I have to cancel a session, you will be offered a new time.

Course membership

Patreon memberships can be cancelled at any time from your Patreon account. Billing and refunds for memberships follow Patreon’s policies.
