Guitar Classes for Beginners: FAQ
Can a complete beginner join?
Absolutely. Starting from zero is an advantage: your technique is built correctly from the first lesson.
Am I too old to start learning guitar?
No. Adults and returning players learn well with a clear plan and efficient practice that fits around work and family.
Should a beginner start on acoustic or electric guitar?
Either works. Start on the guitar that matches the music you want to play; lessons are adapted to it.
How long does it take to learn guitar?
It depends on your goal, starting point and practice consistency. Instead of promising a number of days, lessons focus on clear milestones and measurable progress.
Is it hard to learn guitar?
The first few weeks are the hardest, while your fingertips toughen and chord changes feel slow. With regular short practice almost everyone gets through it, and lessons make sure you practise the right things.
What is the best way to learn guitar?
Structured practice with regular feedback from a teacher. Videos and apps teach information; a teacher corrects your technique before bad habits set in.
