Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Guitar With Gauravv handles the information you share when you enquire about, book or take lessons.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the booking, enquiry, membership or PDF download forms, or by WhatsApp: such as your name, age, city, WhatsApp number, email, current level, learning goals and lesson preferences.

How it is used

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver lessons, and send information you asked for. If you download a free PDF, your name and email (and phone number, if you give it) are saved so Gaurav can follow up with related guitar tips, free material and lesson news. You can ask to be removed at any time. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet that only Guitar With Gauravv can access. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Third-party services

Course memberships are handled by Patreon, and any payment details you give there are processed by Patreon, not by this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and visit statistics are collected by Google Analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location and device type, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. On the membership pages your name and email are kept in your browser for that visit only, so you do not have to type them twice. When you download a free PDF, your name and email are remembered in your browser so you are not asked again.

Sharing

Your details are never sold. They are shared only where needed to deliver the service you asked for, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you at any time.
